MARCO POLETTI
Architect, designer and Ambassador of Italian design in Kazakhstan 2020. Marco Poletti, graduated in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan, opened Marco Poletti Studio in 1997.
He has collaborated with major fashion, consumer and furniture brands designing more than 700 products, 50 contract projects and more than 160 set designs and more than 2500 publications. He won in 2020 the Iconic Design Award, the EUROPEAN Product Design Honorable Mention and the SBID International Design with the Ego collection by Giulini G. Rubinetteria. Wins in 2022 the Big See in Slovenia and two Archiproducts Design Awards. Other awards: IIDEX Canada (2015), BELARUS Award (2014) and the ADI Design Index (2002). For 10 years member of the “Design for the Person” committee in ADI.
MASSIMILIANO DELLA MONACA
Massimiliano Della Monaca, born in 1972, founded MDM progettazione in 1996, which today deals with design, planning, technical consultancy, graphics and art direction. Winner of important design awards also at an international level, he collaborates with numerous companies in different sectors, both in Italy and abroad.
Experimentation, research, innovation, functionality, deepening of production technologies, continuous study of materials and their new applications, are just some of the elements that serve as a starting point for the development of each of his projects. The study of form is not the goal, but a consequence of the technical knowledge that, exploited to its full potential, can generate objects defined today as design. Massimiliano Della Monaca’s projects arise from the application of pre-existing technologies (but not only) and then flow naturally, almost by instinct, into beautiful and innovative products.
GIANLUCA PALUDI
Gianluca Paludi in 2007 graduated in architecture from “La Sapienza” University of Rome. His works are inspired by a careful research of light and perspective, as well as the use of innovative materials through a modern and dynamic vision of the bathroom world. In 2019 he won the Iconic Design Award.

The belief that the designer helps to solve everyday problems is a cornerstone of his design vision therefore the realization that nowadays a multidisciplinary approach is indispensable for a sustainable world is strongly part of his daily credo.
